Memory / RAM and Hard disk upgrade should be a priority!

Nowadays technology is evolving very quickly, for example today we have 100mb internet speed! tomorrow we have 1gb speed!

the improvements on tech sector are very fast, the normal human brain can’t just imagine how tech is changing day to day and impacting our life without even knowing it.

with the speed and demand growing, efficiency becomes a priority, getting things done asap and moving on into a new challenges and tasks is the goal

when it comes to the computers we are using everyday, we want the things to be done accurately and quickly, saving our time and enhance our productivity

So, should you upgrade your computer memory/RAM? or the hard disk (storage disk)?

A normal user activity requires at least 4gb in a computer that is being running lets say minimum apps, but is this enough? to provide speed and keep up with what is going on in the tech industry? am I going to be able to browse the internet and type few PowerPoint slides without wasting my time waiting for my computer to process?

NOT really, because 4gb considered the minimum RAM your computer needs to be ok running, but again we looking into speed, getting things done, then it is always recommended to have at least 8GB ram and if 16GB is doable ? just do it. this is depends on your computer model and how many memory slots are available.

Now we go to storage, if your computer storage is a mechanical hard disk, then definitely you are missing the powerful speed of your computer, because old HDD are very slow in reading from your disk like opening a photo or a file, pdf document etc and in writing a word file or pdf, saving videos, even saving a few PowerPoint slides.

The new SSD drives can provide you at least 4 times write and read speed than HDD, then why to struggle with the computer performance when its resources can be upgraded easily.

always ask your tech about your computer life time expectancy, and if there is any parts can be upgraded to boost your computer.
